How the X1 Bridge Works

The X1 Bridge is a cross-chain swap system that enables users to transfer USDC from Solana and receive XNT on X1. It uses a secure guardian-based attestation system with FROST threshold signatures.

Deposit on Solana

User sends USDC to the bridge contract on Solana. Deposit event is detected by Listeners.

Guardian Attestation

Guardians observe the deposit, batch it, and reach 3-of-5 (FROST) quorum with threshold signatures.

Checkpoint Creation

Once threshold signatures match, a checkpoint is created with Merkle proof of all batched messages.

XNT Release on X1

The attested checkpoint triggers release of XNT from bridge reserves on X1. Tokens are drawn from pre-funded pool.

What This Tool Does

This debugger helps investigate bridge transactions by:

Querying up to 500 transactions from the specified address on both chains (full archive access)
Querying up to 1000 recent bridge vault deposits to find cross-address transfers
Matching deposits with releases by amount and timestamp (no time restrictions)
Identifying successful, pending, and orphaned bridge events
Showing detailed transaction data including bridge time and status
Note: If deposits came from a different address, they'll show as "orphaned" releases

Common Issues

Guardian Quorum Not Reached: Less than 3-of-5 guardians attested to the deposit
Checkpoint Not Created: Batch processing delay or signature mismatch
X1 Transaction Failed: Insufficient bridge reserves or program error
Timestamp Mismatch: Transactions on both sides don't correlate by time
